Serwent acquires X-Vac AS in the Oslo and Viken region

Serwent Group has completed the acquisition of X-Vac AS, a well-established provider of water and wastewater services in the Oslo and Viken region. The acquisition strengthens the Group’s presence in Norway and supports its long-term strategy to build a strong and sustainable Nordic platform.

Founded in 2015, X-Vac AS specialises in services such as sludge suction, high-pressure flushing, dry suction and pipe inspection. The company serves both public and private customers and has built a strong reputation based on technical expertise, flexibility and a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

With X-Vac AS becoming part of Serwent Group, the Group expands its operational capacity and further strengthens its local footprint in Eastern Norway. The acquisition complements Serwent Group’s existing service offering and creates opportunities for collaboration across expertise, resources and best practices.
