Serwent acquires Vitek Miljø AS in Norway

Serwent Group has completed the acquisition of Vitek Miljø AS, an established provider of water and wastewater services in Western Norway. The acquisition marks an important step in the Group’s long-term strategy to strengthen its presence and capabilities in the Nordic market.

Vitek Miljø AS has extensive experience within services such as sludge removal, high-pressure flushing, pipe rehabilitation and wastewater maintenance, serving both public and private customers. The company has built a strong regional reputation based on technical expertise, reliability and close customer relationships.

Operate under its existing name

With Vitek Miljø AS joining the Group, Serwent strengthens its operational capacity, broadens its service offering and enhances its local presence in Norway. The acquisition also creates opportunities for closer collaboration across the Group, leveraging shared technology, logistics and professional expertise.
