Serwent signs agreement to acquire Nymann Kloak & Miljøservice A/S

Serwent Group today announces an agreement to acquire Nymann Kloak & Miljøservice A/S. Nymann is a well-established provider of water and wastewater services with focus on pipe and emptying services.
The acquisition expands Serwent Denmark‘s geographic presence in the Danish market and adds capacity and services that complement what Serwent already offers.
“Once the formal handover is complete and the transaction has been approved by the Danish competition authorities, we look forward to welcoming everyone at Nymann into the Serwent family.
