Serwent acquires Grävsugen i Sverige AB

SERWENT has acquired Grävsugen i Sverige AB. The acquisition strengthens Serwent’s offering within dry suction and suction excavation in the Stockholm region.

Grävsugen was founded in 2017 and is based in Kungsängen, northwest of Stockholm. The company has primarily worked with suction excavation and has become specialized in the field of underground infrastructure. It has also helped customers with needs such as dry and vacuum suction.

As demand and the need for suction excavation and dry suction services have grown, the company needed a partner to expand with.
