Serwent expands in Sweden through pipe rehabilitation acquisitions

Serwent Group has strengthened its position in the Swedish market through the acquisition of Röranalys i Sverige ABand ISAB Rörinfodring AB. Together, the companies form a strong platform within private pipe rehabilitation, supporting the Group’s long-term strategy to expand its presence within underground infrastructure services in the Nordic region.

The acquisitions represent an important milestone in Serwent Group’s ambition to establish itself as a leading Nordic provider of critical infrastructure services above and below ground, with a particular focus on the rapidly growing pipe services segment.

The acquired operations include Svensk Röranalys, Flush Rörinspektion, Iret, Rörteknik i Uppland, Uppsala Relining, ISAB Rörinfodring Väst and ISAB Rörinfodring Syd. Combined, the businesses contribute an annual net revenue of approximately SEK 320 million to Serwent’s Swedish operations.
